I work in healthcare and have very little experience with body piercings in general so when my 15 year old daughter started dropping repeated hints and requests for permission to get another set of ear lobe piercings and a navel piercing in the months leading up to her birthday I was, at first, a little hesitant to consent. After doing a little local research and having the confidence of knowing this was something my kiddo REALLY wanted and had put a lot of thought into herself, I decided to book an appointment at Steel N Ink. Tayah was AMAZING! She was not only helpful, professional, knowledgeable and skilled but her kindness, patience, humor and gentle but confident approach put my daughter right at ease despite some pre-piercing excitement and a few expected anticipatory jitters. Tayah also took the time to ask pertinent questions, make knowledgeable recommendations and provide us with all the answers to questions we thought to ask and several we would never have thought to ask on our own.
