Excellent customer service! We hired Steel City Glass to install our bathroom mirror and a half glass panel for our tub. They gave us a very competitive quote and came promptly within their window. There was a mix-up with the type of glass they installed for the tub, which was my fault, and they were very responsive in replacing it and making it right at no extra charge (Thank you Brady and Stephen for your professionalism). At a time when it’s virtually impossible to get a person on the phone after a job is done, the owner of Steel City called me personally to hear what happened and insure everything was as I wanted it to be. Thank you, Dave. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

Steel City created and installed a full length mirror for my bedroom. In addition, they created a mirrored wall for my powder room and re-mirrored a vanity for another bathroom several months ago. They also created new seals for my shower enclosure. All of their work has been outstanding, with first rate customer service. Their prices have been reasonable. Their service is quick and their employees are polite and careful. I'll hire them when I need more work done.
