This is the second summer since we had Statewide Top Choice Roofing treat the roof on our pallet factory. We are so very pleased we made the decision to use this company and listen to their advice on how best to proceed in the revitalization of our roof. We thought the only options available to us were a complete replacement or a patch and seal again. Replacement was so costly and not an expenditure we wanted to take on at that time. Statewide Top Choice Roofing had a much better option for us. It was affordable and upon completion functioned much better than a new metal roof would have. We no longer have leaks, condensation or heat transfer from the sun. And the look of the roof is amazing! This coating reflects the heat of the sun to the point that we wanted to know exactly the difference between the inside working temperature and the actual outside temperature. Last week, a very hot and humid week, we did check. The outside temperature on the cement dock was 95 degrees yet the inside was a relatively comfortable 78 degrees. Our buildings are necessarily open on both ends. Due to the nature of our business and size of our buildings air conditioning is not an option. We could not be happier with our 'new' roof installed by Statewide Top Choice Roofing. They will have all my future roofing business!

For a number of years we had leaks in our building roofs that we'd have different roofers patch up and hope for the best only to have them leak again and develop more new ones. In February of 2023 we received a flyer in our mailbox for Statewide Top Choice Roofing offering the Metal Restoration System. We contacted Daniel Mast, owner / operator for an inspection and estimate and he found many problems that could never be totally corrected by the patches that other companies had tried previously. He showed them to us with pictures explaining each one and the remedy they needed to be fixed correctly and permanently. In March, Dan arrived with his crew to begin work. We were very impressed with the hard work and long hours he and his crew put in to our project. Each day before leaving the site they cleaned up, never leaving a screw or piece of paper behind. The crew was always on time and treated us and our property with respect. We were so glad he was local to the Mooresville/ Statesville area so that travel to our location would not be a problem. The job was completed before the hot summer where the building was usually a "hotbox" on 80° days so we couldn't believe the difference in the temperature inside after the job. We had very little need for A/C that summer and the fall and winter temps of 30 to 40° exterior allowed a 60° temperature inside so we saved a ton on heat bills. We felt so confident in the results of the first half of the building that we decided to do the other half in October. Dan and his crew gave us the same exceptional work service that he gave us earlier that year. We have not seen a drop of water in either part of the building since April of 2023 when he first began our project. We could not be happier with our choice to go with Statewide Top Choice Roofing. We received excellent workmanship, superior quality products and an affordable price.
