Steve and Mario are the kindest, most accommodating people to work with! They had me in a rental car within 30 minutes of my accident and took my car with no questions asked. They kept me updated every step of the way, and their friendliness truly made me feel safe and cared for. I’m so thankful for them and highly recommend their business!

WOW !! Within one hour of me calling Steve at State Auto Body, the tow truck was already bringing the Truck to his shop. A Turkey, yes a Turkey flew into our Truck and smashed the Hood and Windshield. Steve handled all the details, Insurance Adjuster, Claims person and got our Truck back within Two weeks of the incident. Highly recommend Steve and Mario at State Auto Body.

Wow! Where do I begin in this review? Well, I am writing this review not even 10 minutes since I've picked up my car. As you can see in the pics, I swiped my passenger side quarter panel on a pillar leading into my apartment garage. Very unfortunate situation -- I began researching auto body shops the same evening it happened. How fortunate am I to live walking distance from State Auto Body. With COVID going on, I was able to upload photos of the damage directly to the auto body shop, Steve called me about noon that same day and asked me if I was available to bring the car in. Everything was extremely smooth and it helped to keep my anxiety down about what had happened. Steve and Mario were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from helping me through submitting the claim to insurance to getting my rental car set up. Steve knows all about customer experiences and customer service; he's all about the customer and their happiness. As you can see, my car is back like she never left....dare I say looking better than before the damages lol. But they were speedy and kept me updated as often as I requested. If you are ever in an unfortunate situation like me and you're anywhere near State Auto Body, you're doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else honestly. Thanks again fellas!

I had a great experience with State Auto Body. From start to finish, Steve’s team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They gave me a clear estimate up front, explained the repairs in a way that made sense, and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my car, the work was flawless. You’d never know there had been any damage. My husband grew up working in his family’s very successful auto body shop, so he has very high standards but has been disappointed in other local body shops. He could not find a single criticism about State Auto Body and praises their work. They also detailed the vehicle inside and out, which was a really nice surprise. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a team you can trust.

High Praise for State Auto Body. Not only did they do a great job on my car, but their customer service is way above and beyond. Steve and Mario were responsive, courteous, and very easy to deal with. When I was unable to pick up my car after it was finished, Mario offered to drop it off at my house. This was only of the ways they went out of their way to deliver great customer service. I will use their services again if I ever need body work, and I recommend them without hesitation.
