I don’t know about you, but I can, on occasion, get a little bit stressed out. Between the depressing news headlines that we can’t seem to escape even when we literally never turn on the news to 6,000 kid questions and never-ending demands on your time… and that doesn’t even include if you are in the middle of a divorce or recovering from or still dealing with a narcissist anywhere in your life… it’s kinda hard not to get a little anxious and irritable some days… or to totally lose our sh*t on other days.
