Austin and his team lack the knowledge and skills needed for many projects. Pictures attached are just a couple flaws left by him. (His idea of a flooring repair and how he left our ceiling after he installed a tankless water heater) There were many many other errors and shortcuts taken on our projects, these are just the easiest to explain in a review! I would NEVER recommend Starr services, unless you want to dread going home to see what aggravations, frustrations and disappointments await you.

I have known Austin for years and can personally vouch for his integrity and work ethic. In an industry where it’s hard to find people who show up and do what they say, Austin stands out as a true professional. If you are looking for a handyman in the West/Middle TN area who is honest, reliable, and holds himself to a high standard, Starr Handyman Services is the first call you should make. Highly recommended.

Austin is quick to respond to text messages and keeps me informed since I am not on site to manage the job. Great pricing and a beautifully finished product. I was extremely impressed with these guys. They are a great group of Christian Men ✝️. They communicate with the Customer throughout the Job process. You'll never have to guess when they'll show up. If they say they'll be there at 8am they will be. They are very professional, polite and do great work. I will be hiring them for for future jobs and highly recommend that you do the same!

Wants to be paid for incomplete job. Work that’s done looks great, but not completed. Very disrespectful about not being paid BEFORE COMPLETION
