Austin and his team lack the knowledge and skills needed for many projects. Pictures attached are just a couple flaws left by him. (His idea of a flooring repair and how he left our ceiling after he installed a tankless water heater) There were many many other errors and shortcuts taken on our projects, these are just the easiest to explain in a review!
I would NEVER recommend Starr services, unless you want to dread going home to see what aggravations, frustrations and disappointments await you.

I have known Austin for years and can personally vouch for his integrity and work ethic. In an industry where it’s hard to find people who show up and do what they say, Austin stands out as a true professional.
