Max was a great communicator and very prompt. Both appointments he was on time and wasted no time while here. Lighting element was replaced and new knob. Very happy with job. Will use again if needed.

We couldn't be happier with the service and expertise from Starfix Appliance Repair. Our "new" (but 2 mo. out of warranty) G.E. Cafe refrigerator was experiencing water that was freezing along the freezer drawer glides.. Alexsy came out same day . He found we had an obstruction in the water drain line (used when the refrigerator auto defrosts.). He was extremely careful taking apart the freezer section and putting it all back together. Very conscientious which we appreciated. The cost was very reasonable and fair . My only "gripe" is that when paying by credit card, the device prompts you if you like to leave a tip on your credit card....like in a restaurant . I don't need/want to be "prompted."

I called Starfix to set up a repair about 15 minutes before they closed. My Viking microwave was no longer heating and I decided to invest a $75 service call to see if it was worth repairing. Tony came out the very next morning. He diagnosed the problem (a door safety switch), replaced the switch, and reinstalled the microwave into the built-in enclosure all in under an hour! I'd highly recommend Starfix and I will use them again! Special thanks to Tony for a great job!!

The company gave me a window of when the repairman would arrive, it was right on the mark! He found the problem and had the repairs done in less than an hour! Did a great job, cleaned up once he was done! Definitely recommend them if you need appliances repairs.

Contacted them on a saturday morning (Valentines day at that) to look at our washer. Mike came out within 2 hours of me reaching out. And diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes. He was very helpful and honest. Will definitely use this company again!

Mike was early for the appointment, was very professional and gave me good honest information to determine if I should repair or replace refrigerator. I also called Sunday late afternoon and they came out Monday morning. I would recommend to a friend if they needed a repair and will use again if I need more repairs.

I had created a mess attempting to repair my non-functioning washer dryer myself. I took it apart but did not know how to fix it. Hence I was without a properly functioning washer/dryer for a year. I contacted Starfix, they sent a technician in one business day and matched my work schedule. The technician arrived at the time he scheduled and dealt with my mess, quickly replacing my broken drive belt and pulley. He reassembled the machine despite the mess I had created in the washing space. He did the work succinctly and left me with an operating washer/dryer as I purchased years earlier. His fee was exactly as quoted and was reasonable for the work required. I definitely recommend Starfix.

I’m very happy with the responsiveness to my calls, Mike the technician is also very nice. However, my fridge was repaired with a rebuilt compressor which is very noisy. It’s difficult to be in the kitchen and hear the noise. I feel I should have just replaced the fridge with a new one. If I had to do it again that’s what I’d do.
