Max was a great communicator and very prompt. Both appointments he was on time and wasted no time while here. Lighting element was replaced and new knob. Very happy with job. Will use again if needed.

I have 5 stars to Vlad.He did a great Job. "He was very competent, nice, and professional. Instead of replacing parts I didn't need, he adjusted my dishwasher to fix the problem even provided helpful tips.
