I found this place on Google. I brought them my Jeep which I've been having some trouble with. Ali and his staff are very friendly, honest, and hardworking. They were very fair with prices and I now know who I will come to for all future car maintenance.

Look no further for wheel alignment. I’ve been to 3 other alignment shops and none of them could get my alignment right. The other shops wouldn’t even unfreeze bolts to get the right alignment. I read other reviews of this shop. And many customers have similar experience. They went to other shops and never getting the correct alignment. Well, this shop gets it right. I highly recommend this place for wheel alignment. A+

These people work some magic here. Ever since BMW Brooklyn dealer did my alignment my car’s steering wheel hasn’t gone straight a single day, always cocked by 3-5 degrees. Then the dealer tried to correct it twice and failed every time. Wasted 5 days going back and forth between dealer and home. Brought the car to STAR, of course, initially with some skepticism (rear wheel steering, air suspension, all the driving assist functions) because if they don’t have CodeLink these will no longer work, but after 45 minutes there, after their correction, I drove again, and it’s almost 100% straight almost like factory straight. It doesn’t bother me anymore. It ended up being that the dealer never got these suspension geometry correct. They have the best machines (newest Hunter Hawkeye with flatbed, Hunter wheel balancer). The shop is tight but very clean and tidy. You know you can trust them when you use their restroom. I’ve never seen an indie shop with such a clean restroom, really, attention to details is in their work, and they don’t mind you standing behind the line and watch how they do their work. Will go back to them for regular maintenance and repairs. Appreciate such a transparent and fairly priced shop. They care, they know what they’re doing, and they’re transparent. Give them a try, you will thank me later.

Very Dishonest guys! Please do not patronize them as a first customer!! I planned to do wheel alignment and oil change. He told I will need to wait for one hour because they are doing wheel balancing on a Benz car. I waited for more than one hour for them to complete a wheel balancing, yet he brought in another car that came after and asking me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I ask him why, the he told me I can leave if I cannot wait.

Upon looking for a place that does wheel alignment, I read the reviews and decided to try Star Wheel. The guy was very up front and does good work. With so many great reviews, what can I lose? Don't believe the 1 star 1 review as they try to bring down honest working shops. My steering is straight as he could have made it. I'm leaving this review as proof as I've done many reviews on Google Maps. Also, have an Instagram page that you can follow @crazy_4_maxima and YouTube. Here's my proof and see for yourself. Shame people try to scam and hurt businesses trying to make a living. Reasonable priced 4 wheel alignment. Will come back again. Thank you

Best car mechanic garage jn Long Island City runs by two bothers. The guy Ali is very best and very professional and will treat your car with care and respect and will satisfy all the car needs and make sure that your leaves the garage running smoothly and efficiently.

They are really professional and charged reasonable money. I did wheel alignment and wheels balancing (adjustment) as well. Another good thing I saw they actually want to find the actual problem of the vehicle not try to create unnecessary work. I got the service from Mr. Ali. Very nice person.

They are the one and only place do 4 wheel Alignment. They know about alignment. They fix my car suspension and fix my problem. They done 4wheel Alignment on my car. I’m very satisfied with their work and price. For sure coming back here again.
