I came here after a rather terrible experience at another dental office and have had great experiences with this place. They’ve been accurate, sanitary, and understanding. I’ve had fillings, and a crown done so far and am quite impressed with how dedicated they’ve been when checking for the comfort and quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The entire team is friendly and professional yet still personable.

My overall experience was great. They were quick and friendly and had updated equipment to do my x-rays. The doctor helped me with my current dental problems. I made it easy for me to withstand my issues until my next appointment. Dr. Moore was great.

I am so happy to have gotten a new set of dentures through Star Dental Institute. They were a pleasure to work with. They knew I was unhappy with my old set. They heard what I was so unhappy with and really worked to make sure to correct the problems I saw with them. After a few try-ins, we got them where I was so much happier. Thank you to everyone that helped me through the process. I felt that they actually cared about how I want to present myself and their goal was for me to be happy with my appearance. Thanks again!

Had a broken front tooth emergency. Spoke to Stuart who really went out of his way to accommodate me in getting seen the next day. After a 3 hr drive the experience was more than I expected. Consultation went well with the best way to save the rest of my front teeth, unfortunately lost the one that broke but now have temps till I can get permanent ones done once healed. Take it from someone who never smiled, you will come out smiling. Still don’t smile much in hopes of getting that back in 6 weeks. Stay tuned. Would definitely recommend 100%

I am grateful to everyone at Star Dental. Particularly Dr. Shelby, Dr. Moore and Dr. Robinson. They have always explained the procedure and alternative treatment for what is happening at the time. Everyone at the front desk is also kind from the time you walk in until checking out. Great people and environment.

Absolutely love Star Dental. Everyone is kind and they do everything they can to make sure procedures (even just teeth cleaning) are pain-free. They take excellent care of you here!

I bought their "Premium" dentures about 18 months ago, a month ago a tooth broke. I took them in to get them fixed, multiple techs there, inferred I must be sleeping with my dentures in, I don't, they were just shifting the blame, no responsibility for them. The work looked good when I picked them up, so I didn't mind paying for repair too much. same tooth just broke again after only a month, and no I haven't been sleeping with dentures in. My previous dentures lasted 8 years, eating same foods and same not sleeping with dentures in, I bought them at a different denture place that is farther away from me though. I suggest going somewhere else unless you don't mind having dentures repaired monthly...

I've been a patient at Star Dental for the past year and a half, and my experiences there have mostly been great. The whole staff is extremely kind and professional, from the front office ladies to Stuart, the very kind man who helps figure out insurance and other confusing matters, to the assistants and dentists. They just got a new root canal specialist (endodontist), Dr. Mayhew, and I've honestly never worked with a kinder, more compassionate, extremely talented dentist in my life. I had a very difficult root canal that required special skills, and he managed it no problem. I still have a lot of work ahead of me, but I have total faith that Dr. Mayhew has me covered. He also did an awesome job explaining my treatment plan going forward, and I'm super grateful for that as that hasn't always been the case with everyone there (reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I've never left any dentist appointment smiling before, but today I did (as best as I could, anyway, with a numb, goofy mouth)! I fully recommend Star Dental and Dr. Moore, and suggest that you ask for Dr. Mayhew if you need a root canal done or redone. Oh, and they accept Medicaid, which has been a lifesaver for me, as well as financing options and even financial aid if nothing else works.

I’ve been trying to find the right dentist office for years and Star is the best I’ve ever had!!! Everyone is so nice, they make the appointment as smooth as possible!!! I highly recommend!!!
