She managed her time well, and adjusted to our family's pace and food preferences. Her food was very yummy and nourishing and helped mummy recover quickly and smoothly. Aunty Mei Lin (ST 184) has been a huge blessing to our family. We originally had her for 28 days then extended her help as she’s a great support to us. We could assuredly let her take care of our baby as she’s very careful and gentle. She has good knowledge of reading baby’s cues and would share her knowledge with us without imposing. She also has a very gentle and patient disposition. She would sing to our baby and be very patient in the feeding even when at night. She is particular about cleanliness and neatness too, keeping the kitchen and baby’s stuff neat and organized. Throughout the 5 weeks, we could see and feel that aunty genuinely loves our baby and is always ensuring he is comfortable in all aspects. She is also very easy to get along with and we enjoyed our conversations with her. She cooks very well- healthy and tasty, and ensures I’m well taken care of in terms of tonic. Fantastic nanny. We were very lucky to have Auntie Fuey Ling (ST323) as our confinement nanny for two months – we were so impressed from the start that in the 2nd week we already decided to extend her for an additional month. She is incredibly gentle, caring, and patient, and always handled our baby with so much love. You can tell from her actions, words and attitude that she genuinely cares for baby and mummy. She keeps everything neat and hygienic, and is extremely accommodative and very professional in everything she does. Auntie Fuey Ling constantly made sure that the baby was well taken care of so mummy could rest properly. Her cooking is wonderful, and even though mummy has many food restrictions, she was always very accommodative and still ensured that meals were tasty. She took the initiative to came up with new recipes so the food never felt repetitive. What touched us even more was how she would make the effort play and engage with our older child whenever she had a moment and even bought him presents — it was truly thoughtful and a testament to the kind soul that she is. It was such a comfort having her with us for these two months. She was a great help and we are very grateful for everything she did for our family. She will be dearly missed. Highly recommended.

Aunty Paula (ST177) has been a God-send to us and we highly recommend her as a confinement nanny. As first time parents, we hoped we could find someone that is accommodating and respectful for our preferences for taking care of our newborn and the recovery during confinement. Aunty Paula has been that and more for us. Not only does she cook very well, she also took time and effort to teach us the ropes in taking care of baby. She is adaptive to our preferences (e.g. how to feed baby). While she is extremely experienced, she does not impose her views on us. We have good discussions where she also listens and provides her perspectives and experience. She could easily tell of baby's different types of cries and attends to his needs promptly. She takes initiative to also help out around the house. When I felt overwhelmed with postpartum emotions, she was so encouraging in her words and her actions to persevere and that I was doing a good job. She has been a pillar of emotional and practical support for not just my physical postpartum recovery, but also emotional recovery. Most of all, she is attentive and so good with our little one. We could fully trust her as she always acts in the best interest of baby and my recovery. She is extremely patient and shows genuine care and concern to us. We got along well, to the extent that we were so happy she could extend her time with us for as long as we could. We will definitely miss her when she leaves us.

We are very thankful to have Aunt Shirley (ST339) as our confinement nanny. She came as a nanny and left as a panda. She is very friendly, responsible, humorous, patient and knowledgeable, be it in baby care or life in general. She took very good care of the 3 of us, always opting to go the extra mile for us and the baby. For context, our fridge and kitchen were mostly unused/empty before she arrived and she helped to buy the necessary for us beforehand. We enjoyed her company immensely and will miss her daily presence. Our baby has been very well taken care of during her period of stay. Various medical appointments with the baby were always worry/fuss free due to her wealth of experience. Being first time curious parents, we were also able to interact with the baby as much as we wanted and she will adjust the schedule accordingly. Every dish was different and while they were confinement-healthy, they were very cleverly done to be made extremely tasty. She has also kept the house very clean and neat, cleaning up really well after her cooking and daily baby care activities. Lastly, being first time parents, we were gradually equipped with very easy methods, to be proficient in baby care post confinement. All in all, we can confidently say that the entire 6 weeks was worry free, enjoyable and well worth it.
