She knew exactly how to soothe, feed, and settle the baby, and our daughter was always comfortable and well looked after under her care. It gave us great peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. She is very systematic and organized in her work. She maintained a good routine for feeding and sleeping, and everything was done properly and neatly. Juz (coordinator) was professional, reassuring and efficient in finding us a confinement nanny in a very short few days. Even though there was initial unforseen hiccups, Juz was very responsive and solution oriented! Aunty May (ST182) was really a Godsent help for us during the confinement. She is such a joy to be around and takes extremely good care of me, my husband and baby. Baby really loves her. I can sleep well at night knowing she is in good hands. Aunty May also constantly updates her knowledge in confinement care and baby care. The cherry on top was really her amazing cooking. She made significant efforts to vary the menu and was able to make delicious food according to my taste and taking into account what I did not like to eat e.g. carrots, tomatoes. When I had problems with my breastfeeding, Aunty May was ever patient with me and slowly taught me how to latch. She even went above her duties to teach me how to deal with clogged ducts. Aunty May also ensured that she meticulously trained and planned baby's schedule to set us up for success after her stint is over. Aunty May blended seamlessly with my family and my in laws and parents were so comfortable with her around. I had such a good confinement that during baby's 30th day celebration, everyone commented how well rested I looked for someone just out of confinement. I miss Aunty May dearly now that confinement has ended and I would not hesitate for a second to hire her again should I have another baby.

I am thankful to have Aunty Cui Zhen (ST 361) as my confinement nanny. She’s very experience and knowledgable in everything she did. She did a great job on taking care of our newborn twins and also preparing nutritious and delicious confinement meals that helped me recover and regain my strength. We had a great experience with our confinement nanny call Woo Siew Mei (ST309). She took great care of both my wife and our baby. She handles all baby duties and teaches us how to take care of baby patiently. She is very clean and hygienic, always keeping the house neat and organized. This is my second time engaging a nanny from Star Confinement, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Winnie recommended Aunty Ann Yoong (ST355), and she truly was the perfect choice for our family. Aunty Ann is responsible, dedicated, and very experienced. She takes excellent care of our baby with patience, love, and professionalism, which gives me great peace of mind as a mother. She is attentive and ensures everything is well taken care of. Her cooking is also delicious and nourishing. She adjusts the taste to suit my preference and even caters to the rest of the family. She is very resourceful in the kitchen — with more ingredients, she can create a wider variety of dishes, and even with limited ingredients, she still prepares comforting and tasty meals. She treats our third-born like her own grandchild, and even my two elder girls grew very fond of her. It truly felt like she became part of our family. We are very thankful we engaged her for two months, as it allowed me to rest and recover well, knowing everything at home was in good hands. We will definitely miss her and are so grateful for her care and support.

Words cannot express how happy we are with Aunty Shirley Moon (ST339). It was a blessing in disguise that our original nanny had to return home on day 3 to deal with a family emergency and Aunty Shirley replaced her and we have been blessed to have Aunty Shirley with us for 3 months. 1) She is experienced and knowledgeable and has taught us how to care for baby. We never once worried about leaving baby in her care whilst we spend time and go out with our older son. She took really good care of our baby and he grew well under her care. I was truly amazed how she never appeared tired despite helping with the night feeds and caring for a newborn for 3 whole months! 2) Her dedication, commitment and good heart shone through. She is organised and plans her time well and cooked delicious and healthy meals for us which allowed me to recover during confinement. 3) She is very kind and patient. We felt very comfortable having her at home with us and my parents and this was very important to my husband and I. She got along well with all members in the household and even helped my mother massage her swollen feet after my mother had a fall. She became a part of our family and we enjoyed her companionship and conversations with her. We miss her very much and will definitely engage her again if we have a third child! We had change of plans and only booked 2 days before confinement, compared with other agencies, Star Confinement was the most accommodating and had the most nannies to choose from 🤩 We chose ST 339 Shirley Moon because of the good reviews, but she could only come 1 day later, so they arranged another Nanny who wasn’t a “gold” nanny to come in first. There was a difference as that Nanny was more traditional, we felt abit judged by her not knowing the do’s and don’t. Auntie Shirley was really friendly and flexible and helpful. She even brought some soup herbs for my wife to drink when we didn’t have that at first. Being a foodie I was concerned of repetitive meals, so she was able to cook a wide variety of food and was open to try out new recipes! Taste wise she even catered to us if it was too sweet/salty, or food we didn’t eat. She can even made her own mee hoon kueh, and her pig trotter vinegar, milk fish (she fry’s the fish for flavour first) was really tasty! 😋 and she cleans the kitchen so neatly after too! She really cares for the baby, was able to follow us for baby’s medical appointment, taught us how to bathe, feed, carry, burp well, so we could sleep at night and feel safe for the baby. And she could speak English well too 😃 Thank you!
