I had an excellent experience with Star Appliance Company. Their technician, Ruhan, was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. As soon as I called, they were able to schedule me right away. Ruhan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my washer, microwave, and Frigidaire ice maker. He provided a clear estimate on the spot and even had all the necessary parts with him, which saved a lot of time. Because I had multiple appliances needing repair, he offered a group discount, which I truly appreciated. I compared prices with the market as well, and their rates are very reasonable. The repairs were completed professionally and efficiently. Ruhan is a hardworking young technician, and I highly recommend him and Star Appliance Company for any repair needs.

Ruhan was great. Our oven stopped working and he came within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose and fix it on the spot! Great service and I highly recommend Star Appliance for any appliance problems.

My stove has been acting up for awhile so I decided to call a repairman before replacing it. I called at 7pm Monday and by Tuesday at 10am my oven was back in working order. He came in and immediately knew what the problem was and it was fixed in 20 mins! Def worth a call! I highly recommend!

Wow. This is what I was hoping for. They asked me good questions when I first called. Explained pricing. Akbar arrived promptly the next day. Took the part I had ordered and made our old refrigerator work as we wanted. 1/6th the price of buying a new one.

Ruhan came to our house to fix our fresh drinking water line to the refrigerator at 6pm on a Thursday night with no problems and fixed it so fast. He is an amazing person that can fix ANY appliance inside the house. Only took him an hour and the cost, parts and labor, was not bad at all. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service. I will definitely call back again in the future if I need a house appliance repaired!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. They first sent a technician to my home to inspect the machine. The technician said they had to order parts to complete the repair. I had to pay 50% upfront via Zelle (sketchy). They said that the parts would arrive in 3-5 business days. Nobody contacted me the following week. I called to follow up a week later. It took until the next day to figure out that they got the wrong parts, so had to reorder for the right parts. They said it would take another 3 days but for sure by next Monday. I told them to please contact me as soon as the parts arrive. Again, nobody contacted me and I had to follow up. I called them at least 5 times to get confirmation on 1) whether they received the right parts and 2) when they can complete the repair later in the week. Still nobody got back to me. Also, every time I managed to reach a human being, they kept giving me a new "invoice number" but thereafter, the number was wrong and the secretary could not locate my records. The disorganized administration further discouraged me. Then the technician got fired! I can't believe they would risk sending someone so incompetent. What a great impression to make on a new customer. By this time it has been 18 days since I first reached out. They still did not have a solution. Eventually the owner even came to make the "repair" but at unfortunately the repair did not work and I had to purchase a new appliance completely anyway.

Star Appliance Repair showed up very quickly and was able to get my refrigerator working again. Follow up... they offer a small discount for posting a 5-star review at the end of the appointment. While my review is true, I wouldn't have posted a review of my own accord nor given 5 stars. I think the repair was a bit more expensive than average.
