I had an excellent experience with Star Appliance Company. Their technician, Ruhan, was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. As soon as I called, they were able to schedule me right away. Ruhan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my washer, microwave, and Frigidaire ice maker.
He provided a clear estimate on the spot and even had all the necessary parts with him, which saved a lot of time. Because I had multiple appliances needing repair, he offered a group discount, which I truly appreciated. I compared prices with the market as well, and their rates are very reasonable.
The repairs were completed professionally and efficiently. Ruhan is a hardworking young technician, and I highly recommend him and Star Appliance Company for any repair needs.
