I recently had a side gate installed by Star Ali Gates for my house. I normally shop around and get multiple quotes for items like so but from the get go I was confident they were the business I wanted to liaise with. From the initial consultation with Christina to installation with Stephen the process was very smooth, the communication was excellent throughout and I couldn't be happier with the job they done. As mentioned in other posts the quality of the materials used in the gates are top notch and the style of gate I ordered blends in very well with the outside decor of my house, which I'm very happy about. Both Christina & Stephen were very accommodating with their time and took pride in their work. It's wonderful to purchase from a small to medium enterprise like Star Ali Gates, as they are a reliable company for gate installation, have fair pricing and outstanding customer service. Star Ali recently installed a gate for me. The installer arrived on time and explained everything in advance of the work. In the office I dealt with Christina who could not be more helpful. All in all this company is highly recommended if you are considering having a gate installed.

Highly recommend Star Ali Gates. Christina was so helpful when we went to the showroom/factory. Very short wait time. Our neighbour got a side gate too. It was a bit complicated but Keith did a brilliant job. He was very professional and the gates look great!

Amazing service! I contacted Christina before Christmas on instagram for a quote, communication was swift and informative. In February I got back in touch as we were ready to move forward. Someone came to have a look at the gate and measure, very friendly man who left me with some colour samples to choose from and assured me that the quote was the same as I had gotten before Christmas. Previous gate isn’t old but we had been told by a different installer that we would get a steel gate and instead were given a recycled wooden door that was heavy, had to lift it to open and would catch in the wind and slam back onto the wall. Very difficult especially as I’m pregnant at the moment. A few days later Star Ali installed the new gate, absolutely flawless. Installation only took a couple of hours. Couldn’t be happier with it! It’s sleek, light, easy to manoeuvre, can be opened/locked from both sides and they even installed a hook onto the wall behind to hold the gate open! We were given 4 keys for it and assured that there is lifetime guarantee on it. Would 100% recommend this company and their services. Very happy.

Can’t compliment Ali stat gates enough. The guys came out last week to measure and quote . Explained what needed to be done . The gates were fabricated and fitted in 7 working days to an exceptional standard. Highly recommended. The fitters were very friendly and knowledgeable

We contacted star Ali Gates based on these reviews. It was a seamless transaction from initial enquiry to final installation of the new side gate. Christina in the office, and the measure and install lads on site, were a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the whole experience which took about two weeks in total.

We got an aluminum side gate installed this week and are very impressed with both the efficient service and the standard of the gate. After requesting a quote Christina got in touch with us extremely promptly. She arranged for one of their team Stephen to come out and measure the space for the gate at no charge. The gate was custom fabricated for the space (which was great as our side passage didn't fit some of the off the shelf products that we had looked at with other providers) and installed 5 days later. The whole process from getting in touch for a quote to installation took 10 days total. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with. The gate appears very sturdy and we are pleased with the extra security and privacy it affords, all at a very reasonable price !
