Customer in Mawdsley was having issues with her recently fitted deadlock. It wouldn't lock, upon inspection the deadlock keep was surface fitted and not noticed correctly, making the door difficult to close and also not lock. While we were there she wanted a deadlock fitting correctly to an internal door as an additional level of security. After a few hours we were all done.
