If I could give Stalwart Studio Interior Design & Fitout -5 stars, I absolutely would. This company is beyond disgraceful.. They have taken our money, failed to complete the project, and left us with substandard, damaged work. What was meant to be a professional fit-out turned into a disaster months of delays, lies, and total disregard for our property. Their conduct has been appalling from start to finish. Workers were seen standing on glass panels, leaving them scratched and damaged, and placing food and drinks all over our furniture. They even removed protective plastic from brand-new stools, leaving them filthy and covered in dirt. The lack of care, pride, or respect is astonishing. We were told our warehouse fit-out would take 30 days. Realistically, we expected around 70–90 days but eight months later, it’s still not complete. The so-called “handover” they attempted was beyond embarrassing rough finishes, incomplete installations, and visible damage everywhere. It looked like a construction site, not a completed project. To make matters worse, we discovered missing furniture and materials, and every attempt to get accountability was met with excuses or silence. Communication has been disgraceful calls ignored, deadlines missed, and promises broken repeatedly. There is zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero integrity in this company. We wouldn’t trust them with a small paint job, let alone a large-scale fit-out. What’s most shocking is the arrogance and attitude of the team rather than apologizing or making things right, they’ve been dismissive and rude. If you value your time, money, and sanity do not work with Stalwart Studio. They are untrustworthy, incompetent, and completely unethical. This experience has been a costly and exhausting lesson.

Stalwart Studio Interior Design & Fitout kept their promise and completed the work on time for our inauguration. The result was absolutely nice and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the commitment and professionalism.

I wish I could give minus stars....The absolute worst company ive ever dealt with in my life. WARNING - DO NOT EVER CONSIDER TO WORK WITH THEM. They are liars, scammers and completely not professional. My company lost hundreds of thousands because of them. They destroyed my small business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will firstly be the nicest, over promising and then issuing a very good priced quotation. Its all part of their scam. They promised to complete in 45 days - Its been 6 months now and they still couldn't complete the job. I have now had to get new contractors to completely re do the job. Again - Please do not ever deal with them, you will regret it and your business will suffer significantly.

My experience with Stalwart has been 3+ months too long. On a project that means a lot to me, I had to go with Stalwart as one of the few options the real estate companies allowed us to use for contracting. It’s been a journey of endless follow ups and delays where my project is now nearly 45 days delayed. And all of this when my design studio has been super cooperative and literally spoon fed everything to them. They are good at sending you invoices on time and collecting payment - that’s it. Sharing this review in sheer frustration because our office move was suppose to have a month in advance. My rents are delayed, my work is suffering but their team is not taking anything seriously. Here’s hoping we get to move into our office in 2025

Worst contractor I have dealt !! I hired them for my project in Goshi Warehouse City. They don’t keep their promises. Work ran late again and again and teams didn’t show when they said they would. The quality is unacceptably poor. Communication is awful. Many messages got no reply, then last-minute changes. I was asked to pay extra for items I believed were already in the agreed scope. “Fixes” were slow and sometimes created new issues. In my view, their quality does not fit Dubai’s standards. Experiences like this hurt Dubai’s reputation. I personally feel they should not be allowed to operate as a contractor. This is my honest opinion based on my experience.
