Charles has been exceptional, my tenants have been complaining about leaks in the bathrooms and I had tried several plumbers but the issue was never resolved. Highly recommend. Bath tap replacement. Charlie has been brilliant. He's happy to answer questions, is flexible and efficient and I'm glad to have found him. He's fitted new bath mixer taps for me on a D shaped bath without removing the whole bath, keeping the work simple and cost effective. He also fitted a replacement soft close toilet seat. Charlie is conscientious, friendly and reliable. I recommend him 100%.

Charlie did a brilliant job replacing a shower that had stopped working. A previous plumber had told me that the fittings were so old that I'd need to take off some tiles and retile in order to accommodate a new shower. Charlie showed real patience and perseverance to source a shower which actually was compatible with the old fittings. He saved me some money and a lot of hassle!

Charlie of Staleys was first class from quote to completion, was great with comminication, explained what would be needed, the competitive quote was sent through quickly and then arranged or quick time frame to do work for me. Turned up when arranged and was quick at doing work, tested everything, cleaned up and checked I was satisfied before he left. Won't hesitate to use again, job well done, very happy.
