Jamie was great and really put my grandparents at ease taking in the needs of my nan but also considering the needs for my grandad with the hand rail. Jamie was quick efficient and affordable, we didn't even go with other quotes as we didn't want to use a big company that we would find it difficult to contact! Jamie is at the end of phone when needed. My nans stair lift has really prevented pain on difficult mornings and we are so happy we went ahead with it. Thank you for not being pushy and giving us a few days to think. Great salesman.

We had a stairlift installed last night and I honestly can’t praise Jamie enough. Despite running very late due to other work commitments , Jamie still came out to us at extremely short notice after we only asked the day before. Nothing felt rushed and we never felt like an inconvenience. He was polite, friendly, and respectful throughout, cleaned up after himself, and did a fabulous job with the installation. Most importantly, my mum was absolutely made up with her stairlift… her new toy! Seeing how happy and confident it’s made her getting up and down the stairs means everything to us. We have just had a stairlift fitted by Jamie for my dad mainly and to say he is beyond delighted is an understatement. We had a quote on the Wednesday and it was fitted by Friday there is no better service than that. Jamie was brilliant from start to finish, came on a Saturday to give me a quote for a stairlift for my mum. Phoned him the following Wednesday and was fitted 2 days later.
