Stacia was a great realtor! We just recently had to put our house on the market and buy a new one out of state and she was quick to help! Stacia is very creative and ingenious to help get our offer accepted on our new house in a bidding war while needing to sell our home contingent. She accomplished that and also sold our home within the 10 day timeframe. Actually we accepted an offer on our home within 48 hours and $20,000 above asking price AND we got to stay in our sold home for 60 days rent free while we refinished floors and painted in the new home we purchased. Incredible. She’s the best!
