A Working Feedback Review: I had a hygienist appointment today, with Maureen. I am a nervous patient but Maureen (and John) were fully aware of that and took every opportunity to ensure I was comfortable and kept checking with me through the appointment. Maureen gave me full feedback on any findings or things of note following the session which I find really useful and also great to keep me on track. Thank you Maureen and John.
I'd also like to mention the reception. Sharon is always very welcoming and a smiling face on entry. She is very personable and happy to work with me to fit appointments into my diary whether that be when I am on-site or over the phone. Exactly what you need in a first contact. Thanks Sharon.
