Classic perfect case for intradiscal bone marrow concentrate transplant plus platelet rich plasma (PRP). 30 year old female with post traumatic severe pain x 1 yr at L5/S1 level. MRI shows enhancing posterior annular tear at L5/S1. Facets blocks were negative. Dr. Pappolla performed a provocative discography to confirm disc pain.
