St.John’s just installed a fireplace insert. John Hannah and the crew did a great job not only installing the insert but keeping everything clean. Post installation they reviewed everything very thoroughly and answered all our questions.

Our home was built in the 1940s, and St. John Chimney brought our entire chimney/fireplace in compliance with present building and construction codes. They spent about 5 days working on our challenging chimney/fireplace. The workers not only worked incredibly hard, they always cleaned up and kept us apprised of what was going on. We have been enjoying our wood-burning fireplace several days a week now that it's cold. Our fires burn longer and better than our previous fireplaces. We are so happy with the work they did. We did a lot of research before deciding on St. John: checking insurances, licenses, checking for complaints, checking the BBB. We knew this was a big undertaking, and we paid for three inspections from three different companies before deciding on St. John. We know we chose the most qualified team and would recommend them to anyone getting fireplace/chimney work done at their home.

I am very pleased with the customer service I have received. From my initial phone call to the technicians inspecting our chimney, the professionalism and knowledge were obvious. I was shown a video and pictures of my damages. Everything was explained with care and patience. So nice to deal with a company that knows how to treat customers.

St John techs did a great job. Arrived at the promised time. Did a thorough cleaning and inspection. Cleaned up after their job was done. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and personable. Got the job done without any dirt in the house. Inspected my fireplace and my dryer. Great people to work with.

Tech Kevin and Austin were great. They both were very professional and respectful. Kevin was able to relight my pilot light on water heater. He took the time to explain the issue and what my problem is and how to fix it. He gave me a solution for now and ensured me that we should be good until our decision of replacement of heater. I will definitely use St. John Chimney Sweeps when the time comes.
