I’ve had such a great experience at this Vet Hospital. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly love what they do. They treated my pet with so much care and attention. Dr Narula took his time to explain me everything in a way that made me feel confident so that i can make informed decision about my pet's health. The clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming, which really helped ease my nerves. Very Professional and helpful! Highly recommend this place to pet owners looking for a vet they can truly trust!!

I recently had to bring my dog in for an emergency. They had appointments and still managed to squeeze me in. I cannot stress how incredible Dr Narula and the rest of the staff were. I recently moved to the city and have been to several vets in the past and the team here were among, if not the best and most genuine professionals I've ever dealt with. They handled the emergency with such care and urgency, and it made the incredibly stressful situation much easier to handle. If you are looking for a vet that genuinely cares for your pet I highly recommend Dr Narula and the rest of the staff here. Thank you all so so much.

We weren’t aware that there were other options to see the vet on a Sunday, apart from emergency vets. Our regular vet clinic is closed on weekends, so we saw the doctor here instead for our kitty’s issue. We were able to see Dr Narula on short notice. He explained what the issue was and gave us options. Thank you! We will not hesitate to visit them again if our kitties require care when our regular vets are unavailable.

Dr. Narula and the whole team are really the best veterinary team I have encountered. Caring, concerned, and smart and effective. They are reasonable in their rates, and comprehensive in their explanations, their advice, and their diagnoses. As well, Dr. Narula really loves the animals he cares for, which shows in how he asks after the health of your pet. our cat really liked him as well. :)

Do not bring your pet to Dr. Narula. We visited for a follow-up after our dog had been prescribed medication by another doctor. Dr. Narula came in without reviewing our dog’s medical history, showing no knowledge of our dog’s condition or the medication previously given. He spent a long time examining our dog. The dog did not make a sound, yet he squeezed the dog’s testicles until the dog cried in pain, and then said it was a tumor. We found this approach and diagnosis very alarming. We asked him, “Considering our dog is already old, should we perform a castration surgery?” Dr. Narula responded, “Do you know when COVID-19 will end?” We were completely baffled. Was this because we are Asian? We were just asking for his professional opinion as a doctor about whether the surgery was necessary, and instead he brought up COVID-19. The experience was stressful for both us and our dog, and we left feeling frustrated and unsafe. In our opinion, his communication and handling of our dog were unprofessional, and we would not recommend bringing pets to this clinic.

It was sunday and mostly they’re closed we tried to go in bridge water but they wanted us to wait for 9am and we came there at 5am, timmie was so much in pain and shaking we didnt able to sleep all night, we decided to go home and did some research what other vet hospital are open on sunday and luckily we saw the St James Vet Hospital, we went there at 9am and we’re surprised they assist us right away and treat my dog right away. Dr Narula is awesome and he is really explaining everything. Thank you so much, timmie is back to normal again, and my husband and I decided to transfer timmie to him as we saw how passionate he is with timmie and we know timmie will be in good hands under his care. Happy and satisfied client. Highly recommended👍🏻

The front desk receptionist -- I believe her name is Jada -- was very polite over the phone. Dr Narula was quick to diagnose my three kittens and treat them. They deserve the recognition they have been getting!

Dr. Narula is amazing! He took care of my boy when he was very sick, he showed compassion and expertise while still continuing to be honest about his prognosis. I will always trust him to take care of my pets.

We took our cat Simba here for the first time today. The clinic is clean and spacious. Dr. Narula was friendly, very thorough and provided excellent service. I also love that they are open Sundays. Simba gives his thanks for being so patient with him! Edit: Feb 24th 2025 We took my other cat here and he was treated kindly, gently and with compassion. Dr. Narula and his team guided us through a difficult diagnosis with patience and understanding. Truly outstanding service. St. James Vet is now our primary veterinary clinic and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
