My wife and I bring our kids here, granted the appointment thing with times was frustrating initially, causing us to take time off and then rescheduling due to the doctor getting sick, I couldn't blame them for that. We had to make two separate time off requests to get my kids taken care of. They give you the day (Thursday) but not the time until closer to the actual day. This can be same week even, I believe, before they can give time slots, because they set the days appointments and then triage who gets seen first. It's because of the anesthesia and fasting before the appointment, typically giving younger kids the earlier appointments. Because of my child's needs, this was it for dental options, so we made it work. However once we were there, they were the nicest people. They were great with both of my kids, and we genuinely felt like they cared about the experience for the child. Letting them play, and ask questions, showing them around and helping them through anesthesia. We now do not want to take our kids anywhere else.

I really loved this office for a few reasons, but they dropped our insurance so if I’m being honest I’m not real happy. There is a lot of positives staff is always nice and friendly. The dentist is nice and good with kids. I didn’t like towards the end they didn’t prefer me going back with my kids, but never flat out told me no like our previous dentist had. I like the convenience of not having to drive over the hill for a pediatric dentist and that all 3 of my kids could have appointments at the same time. I liked that they gave me a heads up that our insurance was not going to be in network anymore because most offices don’t tell you that. However I did not like the comment of our insurance didn’t pay enough and wouldn’t negotiate with them. I went back and looked at how much they billed and were paid and it was not that much of a difference. I was not about to start paying 40% of the cost of all 3 of my kids to be seen there so I am little frustrated and upset that I will once again have to go over the hill because this is the only local pediatric dentist. I also have a friend who’s insurance was also out of network for them as well, so the fact that two of the major dental insurance companies are no longer in network for them does make me feel like it is a little greedy, I do appreciate the time we had with them and their services, but just know you could at any time no longer be in network and that sucks when you find a good place.

Very kind, understanding, patient dr. Moore, amazing anesthesiologist and wonderful staff. My kid needed some treatments to be done with general anesthesia. Everyone in pediatric dentistry are super nice, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, We were referred to here from Arrow dental cause our child has a hard time with the dentist, our very first appointment was just xrays and figuring out a "treatment plan" telling us our son who does have 1 bad cavity needs 2 teeth extractions, 4 sealants, 6 crowns, and 2 filling like holy cow that's excessive, we booked and canceled 2 days later and just asked if we could do a cleaning but they told us they will not do cleanings on children who are reffered, I feel they just wanted to bill our insurance for a mouthful of work

My kids are excited to go to the dentist! Dr. Moore and his staff are incredibly kind and really care about their patients. I've always been able to be with my kids throughout their whole appointment. It may be the office's preference that parents wait in the lobby, but they have always deferred to my preference and kindly welcomed me back with my kids. Their patients' comfort is clearly their top priority. The hygienists are incredibly kind and patent. They show the kids all their tools before they use them, so there are no startling surprises. ("This is Mr. Thirsty. He helps to...." or "This tool is going to help me count your teeth. One, two,...") And they are very informative without being pushy - always giving me a full (and positive) report about my children's teeth and how they could further improve their hygiene habits. (My kids ages are 2, 5, 6, and 8. And they all love visiting "Dr. Will")

I've taken my girls 3 and 4.5 here twice, their first two dental visits ever. We will be coming back as long as we can! The hygienists are super friendly and Dr. Moore is amazing. Everyone is great with kids; so patient and kind. Even though my girls had never been to a dentist prior to coming to St Helens pediatric Dentistry, the hygienists and Dr Moore put them at ease and they were not nervous at all. They were even excited for their second visit! So glad this practice is available in our town so we don't have to travel far.

Our first visit for both of our kids. The staff was fantastic! Prompt, wonderful with the kids, and Dr Moore was so compassionate! We have to go back for some treatments and you could tell that he understood the difficult nature of having to choose how to prepare for the procedures. So glad we were able to become patients.

They made my son very comfortable and have these cute TVs on the ceiling for them to watch. Very attentive and went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. He has surgery next month and he feels safe knowing he will be asleep during the work and then wake up with it all done. I think his last dental appt in a different office scared him, but they assured him he is safe and in good hands! Wonderful place and he will have all his work done at once which is fantastic on not being a traumatic experience! A+++ Very kid friendly! UPDATE: My son just had his surgery! AMAZING! This place is the best, they took care of my son and he woke up wonderfully! Yes, he was a little nauseous as can be expected, and a few whimpers from being groggy, a couple tears, but phenomenal nonetheless! His last dentist scared him to death and he woke up hysterical and bawling his eyes out. They are so caring and go out of their way to make everything as comfortable as possible! I could not have asked for a better experience! My son will continue to go here until he ages out. Maybe in the future they will take kids until 18? This is how great our experience was! Thank you so much!

My daughter is not terrified of the dentist but Dr. Moore always makes her feel comfortable. She has a special needs mouth and he always makes sure she's taken care of. He is definitely a big picture kind of dentist and it makes me feel good knowing that he's like that. Definitely recommend!
