Highly recommend the SS Water Restoration team. Shelby explained the whole process very nicely to us & Jacob came over promptly, inspected the leak & laid out the steps to fix. Shelby, Jacob, Tyler & Fredo were professional, friendly, courteous & did a great job. Sincerely appreciate their honest approach, which is rare these days.

Dylan and team did an amazing job for us. High quality and great results. It’s always tough doing work while you’re living in the space. The team took really good care of us and made sure we were ok ever step of the way.

They were attentive, courteous, showed up on time and did what they said they would throughout out the entire process. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. We could not be happier! I highly recommend them!

What a great company. I had water loss on 5/6 though started my self but then found out that this is an insurance issue. Google the water restoration and this company name came first. What a great team, Mr Shelby helped me setup everything and then Rick Fredo and not to missed Mr. Stephen the owner, who on every stage help and understand me the process. I really say they are Champ in their work and always recommend them. Not only they are excellent work but work like your family member. Love them

SS Water Restoration was amazing. Tuesday we were hit with 80 mph strait line winds that pulled out skylight off. It rained in the house for hours while we waited for the company the insurance company dispatched to come out. When it became obvious that company was not coming out I called FSS Water Restoration. They were there within what seemed like less than an hour. They worked quickly to tarp up the area and pulled wet materials from the house and started running fans. They came back every day to check the levels. I know it would have been so much worse if they had not arrived on Tuesday so fast. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. And Richard was just the best. So nice and very knowledgeable. This was the best experience we have had with a water restoration company.

Had an overall good experience start to finish with SS Restoration. Dylan was our project manager. Stephan stepped in during the birth of Dylan’s new baby then Dylan came back and drove it home.

Omgosh!! Where to start?? Stephan & Team arrived within an hour of my Hot Water Heater bursting in the attic. On Time, On Point, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy. These guys know what they’re doing & I’m so glad they were able to rescue me!!

I highly recommend SS Water Restoration. It is not a great thing when you have to call them but they know this and work with you to make it as painless as possible. Alyssa answered the phone and let me know the process and got me scheduled quickly. After that I worked with Shane. He was very thorough and was able to work with me on times. He was great at communicating the process and keep me up to date on what was going on and what would be coming up. I truly appreciated everyone I worked with. Great company.

We had rain enter 2 rooms of our home last week. Given the extent of the water I felt it was important to contact a water restoration company for a full evaluation. I chose SS because they were a locally owned business with great reviews and Ive had only positive interactions with everyone on their team! The lady who answered the phone was polite, informative, and understanding of my anxiety. She sent Alfredo out the same day to give a free inspection and report. Water was found in our walls and still in the floors...he explained his testing as he went and was VERY thorough. I know he was here longer than he had anticipated. He was concerned about the extent of the damage and encouraged us to involve our insurance company. I did reach out to them, but since the culprit was likely faulty roof (new only 2 years ago and still under warranty), my insurance said they wouldn't accept the claim. I opted to have SS restoration at least come get started on the drying. They were at my home and had the equipment running within hours of my signing a contract. Shelby was very knowledgeable, answering many questions, explaining options, and just being a great person to work with. SS restoration worked with me at every step to ensure proper remediation was completed while also keeping it affordable, since we were paying for this repair out of pocket....even scaling back the estimate to allow us to see where things were at after drying and before proceeding to remove affected drywall and insulation. There has been consistent communication from their team at every step of the process. The demolition crew came as scheduled today to remove the damaged areas, they were efficient, did the work I was expecting, dealt with some mold found after things were cut open, and cleaned up after their work. Again, staff were friendly, answered questions and provided clear communication at every step.....including connecting us with their company contractor who will handle replacing insulation and drywall. Thank you for giving me peace of mind in this very stressful and scary situation!
