A++ customer service. My freshman at CU Boulder made a reservation with Squirrel Box Storage to store his items during the summer. Squirrel Box Storage has outstanding customer service. I contacted Squirrel Box after getting an email arranging for free storage box drop-off later in the week letting them know that my son had arranged to keep his dorm items with his friend’s grandparents over the summer. Within the day, Squirrel Box emailed me back letting me know my student’s summer storage arrangements were cancelled and the deposit was refunded. Great customer service can be hard to come by, and Squirrel Box Storage sets a very high bar in friendliness, efficiency, and being a highly reputable company that is very easy to work with. We will be in touch with Squirrel Box Storage again for our future college storage needs. Thank you, Squirrel Box Storage!

Cameron and his business are everything that my boyfriend and I needed to finish our move to Denver. Living in a small one-bedroom apartment with minimal storage, SquirrelBox is exactly what we needed for our winter clothing, sports gear, and shoes. We went to their website on Sunday night, and by Monday morning, Cameron was at our door with our boxes. He even waited outside for us to pack up our stuff! The rates are great, and the convenience is unbelievable. Our new place is officially box free, and that is all thanks to SquirrelBox.

Great experience! I'm using them to store some extra clothes and a few other boxes of stuff I need for when I travel. I had been looking at self storage places but these guys came right to my door to pickup everything - free boxes too. Cameron (the owner I think) couldn't be more friendly and responsive - he calmly and patiently answered all the questions I had upfront. I'm hoping to move into a bigger space at some point, but in the meantime Squirrelbox is the perfect solution.

Heard about SB as a possible place for my son to store stuff after his first year at DU. After making a quick COIVD19 exit, SB came in and moved his stuff out (video and detailed), stored some and shipped some. We recently returned to Denver to move into his apartment and SB showed up when we asked, delivered the goods and everything went like clockwork. Denver is getting more and more expensive to live in, and the rentals available or more money for less space. SquirrelBox is awesome for those who want to live in town but can't afford either a large rental to move into or to pay for a large storage unit that they don't necessarily need. SquirrelBox is awesome because you can pay per box, so you're only paying for what you need, and it is still cheaper than a storage unit. I also love that the boxes are delivered for free. Perfect solution for the price conscious person with too much stuff for their urban apartment!

We had an incredible experience with SquirrelBox. First, they were prompt with all communications (via email and text) and their commitment to excellent customer service was obvious. We used their rentable moving box service and it made our move from Cap Hill to RINO a whole lot easier!! The boxes stack perfectly and the dolly makes transporting them super easy. We could literally move 6 or 7 at time on the dolly (with just one person). This service saved us from buying bulky cardboard boxes, taping them together, and then getting rid of them after the move. Then the owner (Cameron), picked them up promptly when finished. Super convenient! And eco-friendly too. This is a phenomanl idea and service. We definitely recommend SquirrelBox and we're looking into using their valet storage service soon as well. i almost can't wait :)
