Absolutely amazing company! I've use Ben several times and he is wonderful. For people that are somewhat handy. You can either have them do the work, or they can explain to you what's wrong so that you can do it yourself! Ben is very easy to work with and and even help me with my kitchen faucet even though they don't do it . Highly recommend them, great customer service, and I love how you can text message them because I'm not big on talking on the phone. Reasonable, honest pricing and I will always go to them for irrigation issues . Thank you Ben and staff at Sprinkler Authority!

Ben was great. I called him on a Sunday with a major flood in my back yard. He walked me through a couple of steps over the phone and then came out the next day to see what was happening. I bought a home and the old owners disregarded the irrigation system. Ben replaced all the valves, and came back to reset and program the box. Understand he is a one man show! And a whole lot of people are calling him. I am very thankful for him coming over and helping me. I’d recommend him in a heart beat.

While the company handles simple tasks like turning the irrigation system on and off without issue, everything beyond that — particularly from a customer service standpoint — has been disappointing, especially given the recent price increase. Communication has been incredibly challenging, and I often felt that once payment was received, their responsibility ended. Any follow-up questions within just 7 days of service were dismissed unless I agreed to another visit and estimate. For the price, I expected more proactive communication and better overall support.

Here’s my response to the owner’s reply: What do you mean “not sure why.” As an initial matter, Sadie was competent at handling my basic irrigation needs (replacing or adjusting sprinklers) in the past. This is why I presented a rating of 2 stars. Notwithstanding, I actually paid Sadie $150.00 in early March for work on one of the irrigation zones (zone 5–unrelated to what’s going on with the other zones) and it never fixed anything. On the same date, Sadie scheduled me for service on April 9 to turn the system on, but that never happened, because my service date was cancelled with no notice or follow up due to a “computer glitch” or some nonsense. Then, after someone else showed up to my house to look at the zone 5—without my presence btw—I ended up having to call you and text Sadie multiple times over two weeks just to get a response and discuss the new person’s opinion. Thereafter, I was ghosted and ignored, never sent proof of necessary repairs (the alleged video evidence), and had to pay another company nearly $1,000.00 to actually diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. Guess what—That repair on zone 5 happened yesterday, on June 4th, by a company who actually took the time to diagnose the issue and repair it in a few hours. Cost me about & $1k. What bothers me more is that I wasted 3 months and $150 on work done by your business. I think my rating is fair, but frankly, should be zero based upon on how you responded to me and other reviewers.

I hired this company and they destroyed my property. I woke up to water spewing out all over my side yard. They did not seal the pipes. They were combative on the phone when I told them what was going on. I had to call the water dept to shut off my water. No water all day and couldn’t go to work … so I lost wages as well. The damage was massive. Side walk cracked and whole area sunken in and house flooded underneath. Water Authority came later that day and started pumping water out from beneath my house. In the process of trying to pump water out with a lawn hose with holes in it, it took 5 days. Their wet vac which they ran all day blew out my electrical to several outlets in my home. One worker left my house a mess so I told them and the worker came to my house in anger and threatened me. Had to tell him to leave. I talked to Ben who came back to fix the damage done under my house. He promised me he would fix it all. I asked for their insurance info and never got it … don’t think they have insurance. Now they have just left a mess and walked away. I had to pay for their damages to my house. No communication… at all … it has been over a month!!! Still no sprinkler system and left with only damages and a giant water and repair bill. Don’t hire this company!

Sadie came out today and I was unprepared and clueless about our irrigation system. She explained everything and handled it fast. Right before leaving we discovered a more major repair and she explained what that will entail and roughly how much. This company is professional and they are just on it. We will definitely stick with them as long as they are around.

I had a leak problem in my sprinkler system which I could not locate. Sadie from Sprinkler Authority showed up, analyzed and fixed the problem in minutes. I then asked her about the full range of the company's services and realized I had found the perfect company for my ongoing irrigation maintenance and operation needs. I will strongly recommend Sprinkler Authority to all my friends.

Today I had an appointment with them between 9am and 11am to repair a PVC pipe leak in the valve box. At 12 I contacted them through the email to find out the status of my order and Lindsay responded that she had tried to give me a call when the repair woman was out here yesterday at a neighbors to see if she could come yesterday. I had received no effort of a call as I had been back in Sparks since Monday evening. Lindsay then informed me that the woman had inspected my repair yesterday and she would get an estimate to me. I informed her that I was not interested in the estimate or doing work with Sprinkler Authority due to no call today informing me that there would be no one coming today. Lindsay then responded with an attitude of "Excuse me....." explanation and apology. However, I responded " No call today. Left me hanging with no update. Unprofessional. Not interested with your incompetence." So she responded "I hope you have the day you deserve." Not the kind of service or attitude for my business. I have been home since Monday night and my phone since was always available. No call no communication. That's the story.

Glad to choose this company Sadie came out took care of me. Was having trouble with my system for a few months and she fixed everything in a timely matter also good phone service as well!
