Here’s my response to the owner’s reply:
What do you mean “not sure why.” As an initial matter, Sadie was competent at handling my basic irrigation needs (replacing or adjusting sprinklers) in the past. This is why I presented a rating of 2 stars. Notwithstanding, I actually paid Sadie $150.00 in early March for work on one of the irrigation zones (zone 5–unrelated to what’s going on with the other zones) and it never fixed anything. On the same date, Sadie scheduled me for service on April 9 to turn the system on, but that never happened, because my service date was cancelled with no notice or follow up due to a “computer glitch” or some nonsense. Then, after someone else showed up to my house to look at the zone 5—without my presence btw—I ended up having to call you and text Sadie multiple times over two weeks just to get a response and discuss the new person’s opinion. Thereafter, I was ghosted and ignored, never sent proof of necessary repairs (the alleged video evidence), and had to pay another company nearly $1,000.00 to actually diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. Guess what—That repair on zone 5 happened yesterday, on June 4th, by a company who actually took the time to diagnose the issue and repair it in a few hours. Cost me about &
$1k. What bothers me more is that I wasted 3 months and $150 on work done by your business. I think my rating is fair, but frankly, should be zero based upon on how you responded to me and other reviewers.
