This ER is by far the BEST ER! The level of Compassion is unmatched. The whole staff is immaculate! Juan took great care of me! His personality fits with his job! Although he reached for my soul when swabbing me for Covid and Flu but he got the job done. The made sure I ate and was Fed, handed me an iPad to order food from any restaurant. I trust them with my health HANDS DOWN. They made sure I had my fluids, antibiotics breathing treatment(that I never knew I needed until then) sent me home with all the needed medication

The Most Compassionate and Respectful ER Experience – Spring ER is Truly One of a Kind I don’t even know how to fully express the gratitude I feel toward the team at Spring ER. As someone with a long and difficult history when it comes to medical care, I’ve developed pretty severe anxiety about going to the doctor or visiting the ER. I’ve been dismissed, rushed, and made to feel like a problem in the past—so walking into any medical setting feels like a battle in itself. But this time, I was the one not feeling well, and I knew I couldn’t ignore it. I am so thankful I chose Spring ER. From the second I walked in, I was met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Every single staff member—from the front desk to the nurses to the physician—treated me with warmth and compassion. They didn’t just see me as a patient; they saw me as a person. They immediately made me feel safe and comfortable, even as I was fighting off an anxiety attack. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and it honestly felt like they had created a space where people like me—people with medical trauma and anxiety—could finally breathe. What stood out the most was how deeply they respected my wishes. If I didn’t want medication or had concerns about any procedure, they never once pressured me or made me feel judged. Instead, they offered options, asked thoughtful questions, and truly listened. They asked me multiple times if I felt okay with each step they were taking. That kind of care is so rare. I felt in control, heard, and truly taken care of. The physician was incredibly thorough, running all the appropriate tests and procedures to get to the root of what was going on. They explained everything in a clear, calm manner, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I never once felt rushed. They answered every single question I had—no matter how small—and even asked follow-up questions to ensure I felt fully informed and supported. In a world where emergency rooms can often feel cold and chaotic, Spring ER was a breath of fresh air. They restored my trust in medical care. I walked in terrified, but I walked out not only physically feeling better—but emotionally lighter, too. That’s something I didn’t think was possible in an ER setting. I truly hope I never need to visit the ER again—but if I do, I will only go to Spring ER. They changed everything for me, and I’ll never forget how they made me feel. Thank you to the entire staff for being everything I didn’t even know I needed.
