Spot-On Services Pallet & Recycling

I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service over the phone was nice. The first time I went to sell they told me they weren't buying pallets that I had to call to ask if they were buying that week. I didn't know this so that was on me and next time I went I knew to call. This is my second attempt at selling my pallets, I called to ask if they were buying pallets this week and they said yes so I put all my pallets on my truck (very time consuming and hard work). I show up and go to the area they told me I should go the first time I tried to sell. The workers in that area said they weren't buying any so I left to find somewhere else to sell. And if for some crazy reason they were buying pallets this week then they don't have good communication between employees.. Made me do the trip for nothing, thanks for wasting my time and effort! Please know that even if you call and ask if they are buying pallets that week they still might not buy them.

All I can say is WOW! The Dallas Wings and HavASol nonprofit was hosting an event in South Oak to give away free shoes to youth in the community. We ran into a roadblock when we couldn’t secure enough pallets. After one brief call to ask for a discount or donation the day of the event the owner, Ron Paul without hesitation said come on by! He donated over $1300 worth of pallets!! Ron Paul and his company were a huge blessing to the community today! His team is professional and quick, they loaded everything without batting an eye as if we were paying customers. Thank you much for your generosity, professionals, and support! Please support this business!

Do not waste your time with them. Horrible service. Have you waiting for 20-30 mins just to tell you they not accepting any pallets.

What can I say?! I arrived about 45min before closing on Saturday (8/8/20) and the owner greeted me and immediately assisted me. I had a small request but he was SO amazing and accommodating. Very professional. Affordable prices. Went above and beyond to assist me. I am SO glad I was able to come and get my pallets for my project. Please do yourself a favor and go support his business. A-1 service!! I would HIGHLY recommend! Again, thank you for being such an awesome help to me today!!!

I am most grateful and cannot say anything other than amazing service. They waited for my driver after hours when no one would and went out of their way to help us with our problem even though it is not what they commonly do. Helped me save a load off a reefer that stopped working and save my company. Thank you Ron and your excellent employees for all you did last night. It's a 10 stars for me!

It’s always a quick and easy process to unload and get them tallied. Tina in the pay office is THE SWEETEST. She explained everything to us since we just recently started bringing pallets to them. Tina was able to answer all our questions, she’s wonderful!! Overall a great experience working with this company and all of their employees.

We looked up a place to deliver pallets and had absolutely the best customer service and an unforgettable experience. They take care of you very swiftly so you’re in and out. Ron Paul is the guy that helped us out, ask for him whenever arriving or any of the staff, everyone is very respectful. I recommend Spot-On Services 10/10 and will definitely be coming back.
