Spot-On Services Pallet & Recycling

I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service over the phone was nice. The first time I went to sell they told me they weren't buying pallets that I had to call to ask if they were buying that week. I didn't know this so that was on me and next time I went I knew to call. This is my second attempt at selling my pallets, I called to ask if they were buying pallets this week and they said yes so I put all my pallets on my truck (very time consuming and hard work). I show up and go to the area they told me I should go the first time I tried to sell. The workers in that area said they weren't buying any so I left to find somewhere else to sell. And if for some crazy reason they were buying pallets this week then they don't have good communication between employees.. Made me do the trip for nothing, thanks for wasting my time and effort! Please know that even if you call and ask if they are buying pallets that week they still might not buy them.

All I can say is WOW! The Dallas Wings and HavASol nonprofit was hosting an event in South Oak to give away free shoes to youth in the community. We ran into a roadblock when we couldn’t secure enough pallets. After one brief call to ask for a discount or donation the day of the event the owner, Ron Paul without hesitation said come on by! He donated over $1300 worth of pallets!! Ron Paul and his company were a huge blessing to the community today! His team is professional and quick, they loaded everything without batting an eye as if we were paying customers. Thank you much for your generosity, professionals, and support!
