We first worked with Spencer when we were renting a property in Laguna Beach, and he was immediately so easy to work with and genuinely likable. When we later decided to purchase a home, there was no question we wanted to work with him again. He guided us through the entire buying process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. What really stood out was how hyper-local his knowledge is. In some cities that might not matter as much, but in Laguna Beach it truly makes a world of difference. Spencer Wall is the best thing to happen to real estate! I'm not being facetious at all; he is incredibly good at all aspects of his job and is a genuinely nice person as well. We hoped to relocate from the Bay Area to Laguna but found our beautiful home a lot sooner than we intended. I found Spencer by looking at reviews for realtors in the Laguna Beach area and narrowing down to people actually based in the town. Coming from Northern California, my wife and I did not know the Laguna Beach market well and knew we needed a good realtor to help us search for a home when we lived a few hundred miles away. Spencer quickly narrowed into what we were looking for and made himself available to show us new listings when we were able to make the trip down to Orange County, mostly during the very rainy spring of 2023. Laguna Beach is a tough market, but by a combination of luck and hard work on all of our sides we were able to find the perfect house in the perfect location in our price range. Spencer is one of those realtors who can very quickly understand his customer's needs, sometimes even before the customer realizes it. He is also very strong at obtaining and closing deals in a tough buyer's market. We were trying to buy a condo in Newport Coast area and he found the perfect location for us. With multiple offers on the table, he found creative ways to make our offer the most attractive to the seller and got us the house we wanted in a crazy market.
