Blake with Spence Plumbing came to help with a leak in the toilet. I had a leak coming from the braided hose and Blake found it immediately! Blake did a fantastic job installing a new tankless water heater system in place of a bigger tank unit. He worked through the quirkiness of our holder home to get the new unit heater installed and went communicated everything he was doing extremely well. Spence Plumbing charged me a very fair price on what I found to be a highly rated Rinnai unit. We are very excited about the space we saved by them removing and plugging our old setup.
