Thankfully there was only one vehicle ahead of me, so I got in very quickly. They were fast. Professional, and I felt they were honest about what needed to be done now and what could wait. They respected my budget. It was a very easy process to change the oil. Thanks!

They took me right away, were fast and efficient. Explained everything, showed me everything and prices were decent. They were honest about what needed attention and what was looking great, so not to worry. Friendly and polite. Will be getting future work done there.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They definitely take longer than 10 min but they do a good job. I definitely prefer to do my own oil changes but if I can't (or its -40 and I don't want to) they're my go to

Had my own oil and filter due to financial difficult situation , and they still charged me over 80$ just to change the oil alone. I was advised they are going to stop doing this since "it is a waste of their time." Meanwhile in a 15 min oil change they are taking in 320$ per hour. Last time I pay for an oil change.

I wasn’t even in the shop for a oil change. Something happened to my car between Prince George and Kamloops and it stopped at wouldn’t restart but Mike came out and jumpstarted my car and was very helpful. I give Mike five stars. He was awesome.

They were quick, and checked and changed my filters. They gave me options, and I appreciated it 😊 friendly and it took all of 25 mins.
