Speedway Towing is the BEST!!! When my daughter had an accident, we used a different source that contacted multiple companies to see who could arrive quickest. Speedway was there in 45 minutes, much faster than the original 60-90 minute time frame. He loaded our vehicle quickly, took extra time to secure it and was polite and courteous (especially being late on a Friday evening). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I lOVE the service I recieved with speed way towing. Alex was phenomenal! He arrived at the exact time given and did an amazing job geometrically undoing the crazy angle I drove my Penske into and had hooked around the Inside entry of a hotel BUILDING. I truly believed it was impossible. I am so satisfied & relieved. The Gentleman here are skilled. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

Called the company and recieved a time immediately. The truck arrived swiftly and managed to get my car out of the situation it was in without any damage. Alex is very professional and kept the situation comfortable. Overall great company, and great driver. Ill call again if i ever need help.

Tyrone was phenomenal. He communicated and took care of my vehicle throughout the process. Even when challenged by inaccurate information, he communicated, he showed up, and he took care of his customer.

The truck was spotless inside, which says a lot about their attention to detail. Most importantly, they got me where I needed to be safely and efficiently. AAA brought one of the best drivers I ever dealt with The vehicle didn’t have any keys and was in a very difficult spot to retrieve he took care of my situation very nice very fast connect within 20 minutes of me calling AAA appreciate everything he did. thank you, Alex

My boyfriend and I broke down on the interstate in St. Louis while traveling to Bloomington, IL and used this company for towing. The driver arrived in a timely manner, but his conduct was unprofessional and he raised his voice about our location, which was out of our control. We requested the vehicle be towed to our hotel, but due to no available public parking it was taken to their tow yard. I was clearly told storage would be $80 per night. I was okay with that because I knew it would only be there for one night. The vehicle was placed in the yard by 11 PM Friday no later. We returned Saturday around noon to assess the vehicle and were told that if we attempted to work on it, staff would have to be involved, implying additional charges. Employees also made repeated claims that multiple major components were failing without any clear inspection, which added unnecessary pressure. We arranged to remove the vehicle later that same day using a rented trailer and picked it up Saturday afternoon well under 24 hours from drop off. Despite this, we were charged for three nights of storage, bringing the total cost close to $500. When I requested a breakdown or explanation for the additional charges, none was provided. As we were from out of town and needed to leave the area before dark, we had no practical option but to pay in order to retrieve the vehicle. The only helpful part of this whole situation was Tyrone helping us push our car on the trailer and saying he wouldn’t charge us for a 4th night. Which was a ridiculous statement in itself because my car wasn’t even there for 24 hours. Based on the timeline and the charges assessed, I would not recommend this company due to lack of transparency and inaccurate billing practices.

i called and paid for a tow truck that never came. they didn’t answer the phone after i paid. SCAM. do NOT use this “company”
