What a great service this hardware shop has. On real note ive been to multiple hardware shops around the country but for this amount of support and different item selections and cost effective, Speedex wins. Im so happy to find it. Very poor service at the checkout. I was left standing there for a long time because the cashier was working very slowly and leisurely. I wanted to complain and said I wanted to speak to the manager, but he was very arrogant and showed no customer satisfaction. I will never shop there again.

I was wondered after visited this showroom. They have all kind of tools which required for a contracting company. All machinery's are available from to medium brand to top brands. Large show room, so we can visit and take a material is very easy without they help. Good customer service also they are maintaining. My suggestion is parking are not available for this showroom.

I bought a car washing machine from Michelin, and after using it for about a month and a half, it broke down. When you took it back for repairs under warranty, they told you it would take a week, but it ended up taking over two weeks. Then they gave you a replacement, but the new machine had a manufacturing defect in the hose. So, you ended up having to go back and forth several times, which was really frustrating for you.

It is a hardware tool that you can find all kind of tools for your house or any project that you want to accomplish. They have a wide range from everything and literally everything from small tools to big ones . The team is friendly and accommodating and the prices are so reasonable and you can buy good quality of products.

Worst Service.. they will quote you lesser price & once you confirm the order, they will make full invoice. Unfortunately it was my mistake as well as I didn’t recheck the invoice properly and made the payment. Secondly they provide what’s app number to reach but you need to message many times then after you will get the respone. Very disappointed

Very unprofessional employees, just turn around and leave you. Tell they dont have it and i room around and find it myself. Paint section, nobody there, when i ask for help they say the guy is on break and nobody else that can help . I call the manager he just says the same thing and nobody else options for help. After saying i will report this to the head office, he says: "do it" Wow!

Fast delivery, however the shoes I ordered online was not correct size Shout out to Ms. Abi, their Customer Service. She is very accomodating and went over and beyond to help find the correct size and facilitate the return and exchange. Although, I have to go down to their DIP store to do the exchange, it's ok as they hold the stock for me and a process a redund. Highly appreciated.

Not really a tools person, but came here for an event. Really liked how the store is organised. The atmosphere is not like anywhere else I've visited. They have an events area on the first floor where they hold workshops, etc. Giving it a 5 because even though I didn't buy anything or come for no purpose, didn't regret visiting Speedex 😊
