I found my new oil change place, and I am very pleased with the friendly service I received. My car was vacuumed and my very sappy, dusty windshield and back window from parking under a tree was cleaned. I enjoyed a fresh Keurig cup of coffee in a cool office waiting area in the meantime. I wish I could remember her name, but the front desk service person was a sweetheart.

It was my first time coming here the service was great the man who checked my car was really nice and answered all the questions I had in a detailed way the people in the front desk were also really friendly:)

Spee dee over at holdman doesn’t hold up to their estimate given for transmission service don’t get a quote over the phone with their call center they mis quoted me and when I went in person the young. Lady said it was $217 I left then iI got a call it went to $295 as the lady there misquoted so they we’re working with me on that price then another call $380 I argued of the misquote which I specifically asked the questions necessary to get quote in the first place the manager there said oh labor cost it normally cost this much I told him that was not my fault so when I mentioned reporting to the bar then he was trying to give me a 10% discount to $350 and then an hour later manager as he said called me back that the mechanic didn’t want to do it this place is ridiculous I’ve never experienced this type of service never will I go there or recommend anyone if you rely on a call center to help your customers maybe you should train them with the correct prices I will be reporting my experience

Avoid! After paying these people close to a $1k, they lied to me about the fluid levels in my car. I went on a trip to the mountains, come to find out I had no brake or radiator fluid. I was put in a very dangerous situation because of their incompetence. I guess I should consider myself lucky that I'm here to leave this 1 star review.

Took my car, Audi 2020 A4 in for an oil change and received excellent service. The staff (Angelica and Jason) were very knowledgeable with my questions and were very helpful. I recommend this business. They do quick, through work and the prices are more than reasonable. Absolutely wonderful service.

Victoria and her team were very detailed with me very vocal about what was going on with my car about the prices. They made sure I had the best price and made sure my car sounded good cause he came in sounded crazy. I want to thank you guys for helping me out every time I come, and this is the best place.

Once again I received great customers service. Victoria was very informative and pleasant. Even while training a new employee. I will continue to recommend them Thank you
