Honestly amazing service, I had a buster starter in my car and the guys went above and beyond to repair my car and had it ready for me next day. In the morning, when my car broke down, i was wondering how to go home back to shj but Jibi helped me by fixing the car in the fastest time. Within 6 hrs. It was amazing service and i could go back home without hassle in my own car. He also kept me updated with the progress of the repair. Really Really want to thank him for the support and dedication.

⸻ I honestly think this garage doesn’t even deserve one star. About a month and a half ago, I went there because my car’s AC was not working. They ran a diagnostic and charged me 2000 dirhams. The very next day, the same problem came back — the AC stopped working again. I brought the car back, and they replaced the condenser. I asked how long it would last, and the mechanic told me, “Now it will last long.” I went on vacation for three weeks, and after just two weeks of using my car again, the exact same problem returned. When I called them, they told me there’s no warranty. The way they spoke to me was very dismissive, as if I should just go away. I asked them to return my money and give me back my old condenser, but they refused. Instead, they said I could bring the car again — but of course, I’d have to pay again. How is this acceptable? I paid a large amount only a short time ago, and they still cannot fix the issue or stand behind their work. Very unprofessional and dishonest service. I would strongly warn others not to trust this garage.
