They replaced my broken wooden door with a new UPVC door with a glass panel, and even installed a dog door in the double-glazed glass—everything was done to perfection. Sami was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He kept me updated at every step, managed to get the new door ordered and installed in half the expected time, and made the whole experience stress-free. Great company - came round very quick to measure my window. I paid half once the guy measured the glass & half after it was fitted & my cats are very happy with there new cat flap. Following an attempted break in, I needed their services to replace a patio door glass. Immediately when I messaged I was asked if the house was secure or if I needed attendance & assistance boarding up. Not needed but reassuring to know it was offered! Quick appointment for measuring and turnaround of ordering of glass. Messaged at 9pm on a Sunday night and today is Wednesday and it was finished by the afternoon. This is quality service! Amazingly happy with the service I received. The locksmith arrived very quickly — within about 30 minutes to an hour, which was much faster than I expected. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He completed the job to a very high standard, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was done properly before leaving. Our cats are loving the freedom and independance the cat flap gave them. They learned to use it within days and are in and out all day long. Just at night we keep it shut at the moment. Omar wakes me up early in the morning with loud meowing next to my bed demanding the cat flap to be opened again. One night we heard particularly loud growls from the terrace door and when I got up I noticed a strange cat in the garden trying to get into the house through the cat flap. But no chance! It stayed shut. The door only opens for our own cats. Only their microchip opens the cat flap door. Our cats have never been happier. Huge success! Highly recommend it!
