From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Amy Leonard was absolutely incredible—so knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The glasses are perfect, and the difference in my vision is unbelievable. I can finally read clearly again, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Spectrum changed ownership since my last annual visit. That said, my son and I had a good visit with the doctor and appreciated the modern diagnostic equipment they use - the most advanced I've ever seen. Also, Doug really came through for me and worked with me to get the exact driving glasses I wanted, even though it was an unusual order. He's very experienced and made it happen. Recommended.

What a great experience!! The Dr took so much time to get my contact prescription perfect and worked with me to try on several pairs before finding the perfect fit. The team was especially patient regarding a previous negative experience I had, that they expertly corrected. I left with my vision corrected, glasses ordered, and, after a call before close, contacts on the way at a great discount after I added them to take advantage of a deal they were offering. Amazing customer service and care! If I could give 100 ⭐️ I would. 🥰

I was genuinely impressed by my visit today. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and efficient, creating a positive experience from start to finish. Their equipment is truly state-of-the-art, and in most cases, dilation isn’t necessary—so there are no lingering effects after the exam. I also had the opportunity to use a VR headset for my vision check, which was both fascinating and innovative. The optometrist was kind and informative, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend their services.

Let's be honest: going to the eye doctor can be a bit traumatic. But not at Spectrum Vision. Here, the entire team is kind, patient, and determined to make it a great experience. In my case, they were all cheering for me as I had my first-ever successful contact experience after wearing glasses for 15 years! I wish I had found this place sooner, but I know I won't ever go anywhere else, and nor should you!

From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The waiting time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. Amy, Mary and Dr Ritch are amazing. They were very patient with kids, even kids that need more help than most. They were very professional and worked well with my child. I will definitely go back.

3rd year going here ~ the new owner Dr. Carl Ritch was very pleasant and professional. He has invested some $$ in new technology for this practice. While sad to no longer have Dr. Naomi Aguilera, as she was amazing and I try to support females, I was not disappointed. The front of house staff were on point ~ welcoming, kind, helpful, patient. I’m loving my new glasses!

I’m so thankful for Spectrum Vidion. This is a wonderful establishment with THE best customer service. They went above and beyond to help me while on vacation. I dealt mostly with Kiara who was friendly and knowledgeable. The office itself was clean with a peaceful presence. They offer a wide variety of glasses to view in person as well. Everyone I saw had a smile and something nice to say. They also carry my favorite contact brand. So all around it’s a 10 outta 10 for me!

Love the new staff! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I never have any issues calling and speaking with someone right away, and getting an appointment within a reasonable time. And of course Dr. Naomi Aguilera is great! Their technology is top notch.
