Had a positive experience with Derik. He was on time and seemed well qualified. He was able to answer all of our questions and got a report back to us in a timely manner. We do intend to come back for future inspections.

I hired Derek to do our 11 month inspection for our home in Roseville. He had great communication before the appointment with scheduling and sending us the required documents. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He was very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and looked at every nook and cranny for problems. He wore booties on his shoes inside the house which we appreciated very much. He finished within the two hour window and gave us a very detailed report which I will use to have the builders fix the issues. Next time I need a home inspection done I will definitely be calling Derek. Thank you Derek!
