We had water damage from this past winter, while almost all of the staff was friendly we have encountered problem after problem with the work being done. Things have had to be done and redone on more than one occasion. The clean up after each time they were here was seriously lacking and I have spent hours cleaning up after they finished. We were told they would clean up after themselves after complaining in the beginning but that has not happened and after several weeks I had to just do it all myself. They damaged my expensive bathtub with a ladder and at first agreed to fix it and then a month later tried to say they didn’t cause the damage. I had to threaten an insurance claim before they agreed to fix it. This happened about 2 months ago and supposedly someone will be out the beginning of August to do the repair. We’re still finding issues with the work they did and my husband is a journeyman carpenter so he knows the difference between quality work and not! We have about an 8th to quarter inch gap on our bathroom ceiling between the new section they replaced and the wall. Painter had to come back out again because the tape and mud was not done correctly the first time and you could see the tape lines. This has been going on for months! My husband’s work motto has always been to leave the customers house better than you found it, they apparently don’t care. This company was recommended by our insurance, I am an insurance underwriter and I will be advising my insurance company along with photos ( I have many) to not recommend this company to there insureds going forward.
