Specialized Cleaning and Restoration has always had a great reputation, so they were the first call to have our dryer vent cleaned before winter hits...And it sure needed it. They were quick to schedule and left no mess after the service...which when dealing with dryer lint, was pretty impressive.

Had my air ducts and heater blown out on an older home that never had it done before. Great Price, Great service, I would call specialized every time.

We have used this company for several services. We had a sewer backup on a weekend and they came to help us out. Everything was done on a timely basis and our basement was put back together beautifully. We also had them clean our dryer vent and couldn't believe what they were able to clean out. Wonderful! And they cleaned the air ducts on a building we own. They did the service on a weekend to accommodate our renters needs and they did a great job. It made a big difference in the air quality as it had not been done in years. Great company to work with and will definitely use them in the future.

For some reason Google will not let me edit my original review. I was very frustrated with some work from this company but they have redeemed themselves and fixed the issues. I am giving 5 stars to offset my original 2 stars. They sent a couple very kind ladies out to clean up the mess in the work areas and have now fixed the items of concern. While there are still some flaws (regarding the taping and mudding on the ceiling), it is nothing I cannot live with and most would not even notice as you really have to look to see it. Overall the areas they fixed are great. My original review did mention that all their employees were kind and friendly and that still holds true. I appreciate this company for working with us to fix the issues we had found. Even the chip in the tub that was damaged (assuming with a ladder) has been repaired. This was all done in a very kind and professional manner. Thank you! My new rating would be a 4 star.... and well deserved! I would recommend this company going forward but would advise to future customers to make sure all areas are done to your satisfaction before signing off.

They do take very good care of you and home. They also answer all your concerns and questions very informative. Will be using them in the future. Thank you for all your hard work!

The Specialized Cleaning team always does a great job for me! They are professional and top-notch. I had my carpets professionally cleaned by them for the second time, and they did a wonderful job, just as they did the first time. Very courteous and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services!
