Spartanburg Appliance Center

We had the pleasure of visiting Spartanburg appliance center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bruce the owner made the process smooth and his team answered every question we had with no problem. They weren’t in a rush to make a sale but wanted you to make the right purchase for yourself. We went to buy a washer but ended up buying a washer and a fridge. Billy the delivery guy was awesome. He wasn’t able to move over fridge but will return to move it for us. Now that’s good customer service. They also expressed their thanks for shopping with them and make it seem so sincere. It also show how they take their time with their customers. This is no give me your money and get out type of business and I like that about them. It felt like family. If you’re looking for any appliance, don’t hesitate to check them out.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the delivery team was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and handled the appliances carefully when bringing them into the house. Installation was smooth, everything was explained clearly, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s hard to find a local appliance center that actually cares about customer service, like your family, but this place definitely does. I highly recommend them for appliance delivery and service.
