We had the pleasure of visiting Spartanburg appliance center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bruce the owner made the process smooth and his team answered every question we had with no problem. They weren’t in a rush to make a sale but wanted you to make the right purchase for yourself. We went to buy a washer but ended up buying a washer and a fridge. Billy the delivery guy was awesome. He wasn’t able to move over fridge but will return to move it for us. Now that’s good customer service. They also expressed their thanks for shopping with them and make it seem so sincere. It also show how they take their time with their customers. This is no give me your money and get out type of business and I like that about them. It felt like family. If you’re looking for any appliance, don’t hesitate to check them out.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the delivery team was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and handled the appliances carefully when bringing them into the house. Installation was smooth, everything was explained clearly, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s hard to find a local appliance center that actually cares about customer service, like your family, but this place definitely does. I highly recommend them for appliance delivery and service. Highly recommend these folks. Bruce gave us a great price and delivery the next day. Bruce's son delivered the washing machine, very nice young man. Good selection of appliances and very good pricing. No pressure at all and Bruce is very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. Thank you guys!!

First time visiting this store. We walked in and immediately found an even better quality stove at a lower price than the big chain store we had been dealing with unsuccessfully for the past two months. Instead of having to wait six weeks for the stove to be delivered, Spartanburg Appliance Center delivered our stove out to us two days later!! Also, the big chain store could not install our purchased item due to gas converter kit issues and Spartanburg Appliance Center’s Billy Wayne knew his stuff and got it installed properly and quickly. Excellent customer service. I highly Recommend this place.

The quality of the appliances was great, as well as the customer service, from the time I walked in the door until the time our new washer and dryer were delivered and installed. Bruce, Becky and Billy were friendly, helpful and made everything streamlined and pain free. Their prices were better than the big box stores and I was glad to support a local business. Stopped in with a friend just by chance. A vibrant Becky greeted us at the door. We walked out of there with a beautiful washer dryer, and a Fabulous Grill. Everything was included in the price. When Billy delivered our fridge, he was so professional and he was very careful handling it our new fridge. We got approved in 1 minute for finance and after a day, our fridge was delivered.
