These guys are awesome! They got back to me quick and were out the next day! Ed did our free inso and first service and he is just the absolute best! Such a nice guy, professional and on time with updates, and overall honest communicator! We gathered many quotes and I am thrilled we went with these guys! We had multiple companies come out who just sent sales guys that had no clue what they were even looking at when inspecting and just wanted to push their sale even if it isn’t necessary! These guys have been great to work with, the owner explained the quote in detail and made the entire process so easy! No push for another subscription, just honest dudes trying to help keep critters out of your home! Kudos to you guys! Sparrow pest control has been out to my place 3 different times within the last approximately month and a half. They sprayed for wasps and ants. The 2nd time they supposedly sprayed for spiders and once again, ants. Within a couple of days after the 2nd visit, I had ants in my kitchen. The guy that came out the first time was the same one that came out the 3rd time. Since I know that the ants are coming from the attic and not from below because there's a concrete foundation. All he did was set out 2 ant baits, one was under the fridge, even though I had shown him twice where the ants were coming from. He also sprayed on the lower part of the inside of the front door, since ants were coming in from there as well. I asked him why the inside of the door rather than the outside of the door. He said that spaying the inside of the door was more effective than spraying the outside of the door. Really!? Then using the very same product as they do on the outside as he did on the inside of my door, then what's the use of using it on the outside of the house? It's the same product!!! So then why would the same product be more effective inside!?!? That makes no sense. And when I asked him to inspect the attic, he said that it wasn't necessary. He wouldn't even poke his head up in the attic with a flashlight. And, they NEVER did an initial inspection to see where the ants were coming from!! You need to find their nest !!! All they did was spay a few areas around my place. The 1st guy just doesn't seem very competent, just not very knowledgeable. I've done a great deal of research about these particular ants, and I honestly think that I know a lot more than the guy from Sparrow that came out the 1st and 3rd time. Even though the property owner is using this company, they will NEVER be allowed in the back yard, the front yard or inside my place ever again!! If I have to pay out of my own pocket, I'm going to hire a competent company who will do a through inspection and get rid of the ants, rather than just keep coming out and spaying as often as Sparrow has done. They don't even deserve one star!!

Thankful for Sparrow’s! Though we had only found one mouse in our home, Alex came out to check potential exterior and crawlspace points of entry, and thoroughly checked inside. He had a great attitude and also gave tips on spots to patch on our own, which was really helpful. Felt good to take it seriously right off the bat and Alex did just that. We’re grateful this inspection was free of charge and though I hope we aren’t needing these services anytime soon, we’ll certainly go with Sparrow’s if we do!

Ed was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions, and was very conscientious as he completed the project. All of the staff members at Sparrows are outstanding, from the first phone call to the follow-ups, there was great communication --- very much appreciated.

Alex did a great job clearing the cob webs and eliminating the bees that were under our deck! I appreciate the you don’t kill the bees, but just keep them away. Thank you for helping us out!

We contracted to Sparrow for two items. Evidence of powder post beetles in live edge slabs we have inside and mice outside. Alex advised me that the beetle will eat its way out of the slab but reinfection (eggs) will probably not occur. That eased my mind. Mice were attracted to an area where we keep our garbage cans. I wanted them controlled without using poisons which could be passed on to other wildlife. Alex showed me a CO2 powered pellet 'machine gun' which shoots the little guys. The machine worked very well having executed 7 the first week then 1 more a bit later. I emptied and moved the garbage cans then today the owls came back to the yard for maintenance patrols! Victory all around. I highly recommend Sparrow.
