One of the worst PGs I have ever stayed in. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The food quality is extremely poor. The vegetables used appear to be of very low quality, and the taste is consistently bad. Hygiene in the kitchen is also a major concern based on what I experienced.
The management displays "No Alcohol" and "No Smoking" notices, but in reality, beer bottles and cigarette butts can be seen in several areas of the property. The rules are clearly not being enforced.
Bike parking is another major issue. The management moves residents' bikes without permission whenever they want. If any damage occurs, they simply deny responsibility and blame the owner.
The rent policy is also confusing. Most tenants expect a monthly cycle from the 1st to the 1st, but the management follows the 1st to the 30th without properly explaining it at the time of joining. Even if someone has a genuine reason, such as a medical emergency, and stays for an extra day, they still charge additional rent without showing any flexibility.
The biggest problem is cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are poorly maintained. Dustbins are often overflowing and not cleaned regularly. I also noticed bed bugs and cockroaches in the property, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The drinking water dispenser is placed in a corner that often had spider webs and insects nearby, raising concerns about cleanliness.
During my stay, I became seriously ill twice within a month with typhoid. While I cannot say what caused it, the overall hygiene standards at this PG did not give me confidence.
Overall, it feels like the focus is only on collecting rent rather than providing a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. If you are unable to maintain basic standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and resident safety, you should reconsider operating a PG.
I strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation to explore other options before choosing this place.
We can see 5 star ratings those all are owners friends of friends and relatives, brothers only
Marketing and reputation are important in any business, but they should be backed by quality, honesty, and ethical practices. If you are charging residents for accommodation, the focus should be on providing clean rooms, hygienic food, and proper maintenance rather than relying on positive ratings alone.
