I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. The work was subpar, and when I attempted to discuss a solution, they became unprofessional and defensive. I’ve followed up multiple times to resolve this, but they have stopped responding entirely.

The service was great. The photographer was patient cos you know how little ones can be sometimes. I received my pictures same day, and I loved them. I'm definitely coming back.

Excellent but I didn't get my photo puzzle

Horrible customer service. Disgusting attitude from Siphiwe; not sure if he is the business owner or the photographer Cannot deal with customer complaints and lacks emotional intelligence. There is power in learning how to deal with customer complaints. Customers will complain—not always, but some will. It is how you handle that complaint that will turn an unsatisfied customer into a happy customer.

It was below my expectations and i didn't get my pictures same day i had to drive back. Till today 5days later i haven't received print out photos or a confirmation on when i can collect nothing. But the photos are perfect they need to improve on their service.

I recieved such great service from the Soweto Studio. From the first point of communication the were very reasonable. Arrived on time ... set up was extremely professional and they were really friendly and easy going , something my family needed. Pictures came out great! I didnt have to wait long. Definitely using them again.

Went for my dad's 50th photoshoot in April, digital pictures were great. But I still haven't received my photo book, I sent whatsapp texts and emails to follow up but there's no response till this day.

Professional services provided for the cake smash of my child. I got the images immediately and i love them. 100% recommend Soweto Studio

At first I felt very dodgy about the location but when the studio was opened I relaxed and I love my photos and the service was amazing. Thanks so much.
