I hired Sowell Construction to build a pool pavilion for me. It is wired, has fans, and best of all it matches my house. They poured the concrete and built it from nothing into a wonderful cozy sitting area. It has added TONS of value to our home and we LOVE sitting in the area and just relaxing. Thank you VERY Much! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tim on 2 separate occasions. He completed a partial remodel for me prior to Hurricane Michael and after the complete destruction of my home after Michael, Tim came to my rescue immediately. We worked together to redesign and upgrade many things as well as put my home back together. With his help I made a very nice profit when we retired and sold.
